Electric Resistance Welded

Stainless Steel Hydraulic, Instrumentation, High Precision, and Heat Exchanger Tubes are primarily manufactured using the ERW (Electric Resistance Welding) process. In this method, strip edges are heated using electrical resistance and forged together without filler material, ensuring a clean and uniform weld.

These tubes are further enhanced through cold drawing and annealing processes, resulting in superior dimensional accuracy, smooth surface finish, and improved mechanical properties.

Widely used in hydraulic systems, instrumentation lines, heat exchangers, and high-pressure applications, these tubes ensure consistent performance, durability, and corrosion resistance in demanding environments.

EFW / E.F.S.W (Electric Fusion Welded)
Stainless Steel Pipes

Stainless Steel Welded Pipes are manufactured using advanced Electric Fusion Welding (EFW) and Electric Fusion Spiral Welding (E.F.S.W) processes, designed for larger diameters and heavy wall thickness applications.

In the EFW process, plate edges are fused using high-energy heat with or without filler material, producing strong, high-integrity welds suitable for demanding industrial conditions. For larger diameters, the E.F.S.W (spiral welding) method forms pipes by continuously welding a steel coil in a spiral configuration, ensuring flexibility in size and efficient material utilization.
